It is a synthetic rubber emulsion for adding to cement mortars where good adhesion and water resistance are required.
Usage areas:
Thin-layer repair mortars, Plasters, Floor screeds, concrete repair mortars, abrasion resistant lining, and ceramic bonding mortars and wall Mortars.
Application Details:
Concrete surfaces should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, cement laitance and all loosely adhering particles. The surface should be in a saturated surface dry condition. Pre-mix Hayperflex Latex and clean water, then add cement and sand until desired consistency is achieved. Mix for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Application prohibitions:
- Avoid application in temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Avoid application on frozen areas, on areas under risk of freezing in 24 hours or on areas open to direct sunlight or wind.
