Depending on the delivery address the order delivery can take place in 1 or 2 days. If your delivery order is in another country out North Macedonia and Turkey, the approximate timing is 7 to 10 days.
To choose the products, please get in touch with us. We will have to ask questions about the application area to understand your exact need. If possible you can send us photos and/or video also. We will evaluate and propose you the most correct product(s). Our technical team will consult and guide you through all stages.
Yes. You will receive an invoice for your order and all necessary documents along with it, such as technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (MSDS). If you are an importer, you will receive all customs documents along with your purchase.
Yes. To become a reseller or our representative we will meet you and set the conditions. You can be a reseller in North Macedonia or in any Balkan country.

All our products have have international certifications and laboratory test results. There are no hazardous conditions.
If you receive any damaged or wrong product, please write to us. We will exchange or resend replacement. Our company policy and vision is based on offering solutions.
Depending on the order status you can change or cancel your order. In case of dedicated orders, please write to us. Timing of your order and delivery status may raise some expense.
Once your delivery is sent, you will receive a notification email. Tracking number or transporters information will be given at delivery time.
