Waste Water Recycling Pool - Textile Factory in KOSOVO - NEWCO INTEGJ L.L.C.
Textile factory in KOSOVO, is using a pool of about 500m2 to to recycle the waste water used in washing fabrics. This waste water is mixed with chemicals which needs to cleaned up. After cleaning the surface, we applied negative water proofing, the product CRYSTALLINE 1K, since the walls were not isolated from the back side, and on top of that we used SUPER 2K for positive waterproofing which will face the waste water in front.
The floor and walls were old, needed some repair such as filling in the cracks, honeycombs on concrete and cleaning out of the rusted metals which is in the concrete. For that we used FLEXIBLE MORTAR, which also called repair mortar.
Allover the project was done successful, first the repair, then walls and floor coated with negative waterproofing material and on top if positive waterproofing material is applied.
