Is a two component, bitumen polyurethane based, highly elastic, rapidly curing, liquid waterproofing membrane with crack bridging capability, It forms a seamless, highly flexible and long lasting water impermeable membrane. It is applied very easily and it can tolerate minor building movements and newly formed cracks.
Usage areas:
It used as waterproofing for foundation , retaining walls under-tile , in Bathrooms, Terraces, Roofs, for Roofs with inverted insulation , and as waterproofing for asphalt- and bitumen-felts, EDPM membranes. Also it can be used as protection and waterproofing metarial for constructions and construction elements exposed tp seepage water, interim and permanent water pressure. It is suitable for waterproofing of meniral surfaces such as concrete , stone , brick, briquette, plaster and cement finish. The froduct can be used as tank coating ( exclude drinking water tank ) and for waterproofing of water channels.
Application Details:
On Concrete, Wooden and Metal Surfaces: Application surfaces must be clean and dry. Loose materials must be removed and parts in disrepair must be repaired. The surfaces with moisture must be primed with Hayper SF-MT Epoxy Sealer . First 1 mm or wider cracks must be filled with the material; surface application must be carried out after the filling process. All pointed ends and corners on the area of application must be rounded.Surfces roughening should be performed on exremely impermeable (Hight resistance class) concrete and curtain walls in order to increase adherence.
Application prohibitions:
- Newly applied material should not be exposed to rain and frost for 24 hours.
- It should not be used in rainy and fog weather under + 5 ° C.
- Coated surfaces should be protected from moisture for 24 hours after application. Moisture may whiten the surface or/and make it sticky. It may also disturb hardening. Faded or sticky layers in parts of the surface should be removed by grinding or milling and laid again.
Use only where application and drying can proceed at temperatures above: 10°C/50°F. The temperature of paint itself should be 15°C/59°F or above. Apply only on a dry and clean surface with a Temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
