It is an alkyd resin based, air drying, glossy topcoat paint.
PROPERTIES: It can be safely used on surface every kind of metal machine such as tractor, trailer, auto radiator, agriculture, garden and steel household goods etc… It resist well against atmospheric conditions and shock. It adheres on metal surface well. It is industrial paint which has high hiding power as one coat application.
1) Preparation of surface:
a) New metal surfaces: Application surfaces must be clean and free from rust and dust. The surface should be primed with BaerChemie Rapid Primer.
b) Old Painted Surfaces: Old and blistered paint on surface must be clean and all surface should be sandpapered and levelled with putty as regional area. Application surface must be clean and dry.
2) Application:
BaerChemie Rapid Topcoat Paint is applied directly on metal surface or on primed surface when it thin with 20-25% BaerChemie Rapid / Hammerton Thinner.
APPLICATION TOOLS:
It is applied with paint gun.
