It is a cement-based, corrosion-inhibiting, polymer-modified, one-component, elastic repair mortar used as corrosion protection and adherence mortar for reinforcement.
Usage areas:
Concrete, plaster and screed repairs Surface repairs before waterproofing, repair and filling of cracks, voids and cracks, forming corner chamfers ,used in exterior repairs.
Application Details:
Use approximately 4.5 – 5.0 liters of clean water in a suitable plastic container. 1 bag (25 kg) of elastic repair mortar is added to the container under continuous stirring. Stirring is continued until a homogenous and lump-free mixture is obtained. The mixture is allowed to rest for 2-3 minutes. The mixture is stirred again for a short time. Mixing should be done with low speed motor agitator and agitator tip. If the mixture is to be made by hand, it is recommended to prepare the mixture in smaller batches. If the mixture is to be prepared by machine, after proper water adjustment, the mixture is transferred to buckets and allowed to ripen. After 2-3 minutes, it is mixed again and made ready for use.
Application prohibitions:
- Avoid application in temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C.
- Avoid application on frozen areas, on areas under risk of freezing in 24 hours or on areas open to direct sunlight or wind.
